Water for everybody, October 2025

During our project visit in 2023, we visited the Smart Center, a local project that we have been supporting for a long time, and co-financed the construction of a large water reservoir (20,000 litres) for the village community. The reservoir has since been completed, but a plastic tank (10,000 litres), plastering for the water tower and a pump to pump the water upwards are still needed. At the moment, water can only be drawn from the reservoir by hand.

 

We decided to provide the money still needed for completion. In future, the Smart Center will take over the water deliveries so that everyone can be guaranteed access to fresh water.
